All Caven Ridge villas owners will have access to the pool at Caven Ridge Estates once phase 2 of Caven Ridge Villas is complete.
Parks
We want to give all of our community members the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors in Meridian with walking paths and parks to have a picnic or enjoying the evening sunset with a glass of wine and cheese.
Landscaping
We want to provide our residence with a low maintenance package where we will provide full landscaping maintenance for each home owner in the community.
Snow Removal
