The space

A glass-front inline suite next to Greek Bistro in a busy neighborhood retail center on N Glenwood St, with the Boise foothills behind it. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a covered walkway and parking right at the door.

The client

Studio Move is a dance, yoga and barre studio. Fitness studios live and die by convenience: members want to park close, get in, and get to class. They also want neighbors that make the trip worth it, like grabbing dinner at Greek Bistro next door after class.

What we did

KZB represented Studio Move and negotiated a five-year lease for the suite, giving the studio a visible, easy-to-reach home in a center with steady daily traffic.

Same center, more deals

We've done more than one deal here. A few doors down, we also placed Optimal Spine & Posture, a chiropractic and posture clinic. And just down the road on the Glenwood corridor, we represented the buyer of the Swig & Verizon building.
