Yogurt Beach Seeking Retail Space in the Treasure Valley

KZB represents Yogurt Beach as it grows in Idaho. The family-run, self-serve frozen yogurt concept started in 2011 and has locations in Nevada, Montana, Washington and Illinois. Its first Boise store is at 10941 W Overland Rd, and the owners plan to add more Idaho locations.

We're looking for end-cap or inline space in family-oriented trade areas near rooftops, schools, parks and evening and weekend destinations. Patio potential and strong co-tenancy, like restaurants, fitness and family retail, are big pluses.
