Boise Juice Co., Bridges at Lakemoor

The client

Boise Juice Co. is a homegrown Treasure Valley brand serving fresh juice, smoothies and bowls. Working with Jes and the Boise Juice team to find their Eagle location was one of the most fun deals we've done.

The space

Bridges at Lakemoor sits along S Eagle Rd, one of the busiest retail corridors in the valley, surrounded by established neighborhoods and steady daily traffic. It's the kind of center where a neighborhood brand can build a loyal following.

The deal

KZB represented Boise Juice Co. as the tenant and negotiated a 10-year NNN lease at $24 per square foot. We worked alongside Dan Saballa at Hawkins on the landlord side to get the terms right and the deal across the finish line, giving Boise Juice a long-term home in Eagle.
