Your landlord has a broker. You should too. We represent occupiers through site selection and lease negotiation, and in most cases our fee is paid by the landlord out of the listing commission - so the leverage is yours without adding cost to the deal.
Size, use, parking, access, timing, and budget. We define the search before anyone starts touring buildings.
We canvass available space across the market, including off-market opportunities that never reach the listing sites.
We tour the real candidates and compare them on total occupancy cost, not just asking rate.
We put competing sites against each other and negotiate rate, TI, free rent, options, and exit flexibility.
We review the lease against the signed LOI and manage the process through execution and possession.
